     Returns must be received within 14days of leaving our facility 

• State of return (NEW unopened)
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)

• Process of refund (full refund for defective or damaged product if replacement is not requested)
• Contact details including your email and phone number required to start the return and refund proccess
